If you are interested in aquiring a wholesale account with us you may complete our wholesale application. Please fill out the following application to its entirety and click the SUBMIT button to apply. You will have the option to download a PDF version of your application. We strongly recommend downloading the PDF to keep for your own records. Wholesale applications are reviewed in the order received. An application usually requires 1-3 weeks to process(processing times may vary). If you would like your application rushed for an upcoming event, please notate the details on your application. We will do our best to process all applications as quickly as possible.
Requirements when applying:
We do require a paper copy of your state resale license for our files before your purchase. You can mail it, scan & email it, or fax it. Keep in mind if you are wanting to order quickly make sure the delivery option you chose is efficient. EXAMPLE: Mail could take a week, fax could take hours, email can take minutes. NOTE: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon do not collect sales tax. If you reside in any of these states then we do NOT require a resale license from you. We do require some documentation that you are in business to sell challenge coins, keychains, etc. to obtain a wholesale account.
You will also find "List three trade references" on the application. Please take care to fill this section out as well as it is required. Incomplete applications may not go through and if so will not be processed.
